I had no idea what I wanted to be in school. If I recall, I think I was debating about becoming an art teacher although my only artistic talent is basically digital comic strips. At the time not even those were that good as they looked more like this than this. I don't think many people really know they're calling is at that age. Sometimes I'm still not sure even I do. If you told high school version of me that I'd be a software test engineer for video games I'd laugh at you probably because it just seems like such an obscure chance. You never know where life will take you. I'm surprised at how hard it's been to write these high school flashback strips. I apparently have no incite into the high school experience. I had no trouble writing the kid ones and usually have no trouble writing the actual time frame strips but these high school ones have been killing me. Unless inspiration hits soon, or I get un-lazy and draw a couple of really complicated strips I've been mulling over, I'll probably wrap the series up and go back to business as usual.
